FINANCING WE RENT OUT YOUR APARTMENT
Our idea with the apartments is that you can co-finance your apartment with our flexible hotel concept. This means that we rent your apartment when you are not there. We take care of everything from booking to payment. All you have to do is indicate on our booking page when you want to be there.
For this to work, you as the owner must rent out your apartment for at least 215 days per calendar year and can use your apartment for up to 150 days yourself. The profit will be divided by 50% and you will find a list of returns in our picture gallery.
