What data do we collect and how and why do we process your data?
We collect and process your data exclusively for specified and unambiguous purposes. These result from technical necessities, contractual requirements or express user wishes.
For example, we require personal data from you in order to fulfil a contract. We use this data for order processing, customer registration, customer protection, notary preparation, order picking, payment processing, credit checks, financing statements, etc. In short, to fulfill our services from the beginning of your search criteria, notary preparation as well as a successful completion of your deed of sale and the key handover of your dream property.
For technical reasons, certain data is collected and stored when you visit our website, such as the date and duration of your visit, the page you visited, identification data of the type of browser and operating system used and the website from which you are visiting us.

In order to process the contract, it is generally necessary to involve service providers who are dependent on instructions, such as banks, lawyers, notaries, Gestoria or other parties involved in the performance of the contract. External service providers who process data on our behalf are carefully selected and strictly bound by contract, e.g. by strict technical and organisational measures and supplementary controls.
